I always said LA would be one of the greatest cities in the U.S. if the public transportation was greatly improved. Glad to see it’s getting better! Driving is just so unbearable 😭

Fun fact, LA used to have a robust electric railway through out the city. The movie “who framed Roger rabbit” has the dismantling of it as a background plot

The extension will improve next year in two different parts. When it’s all said and done, passengers will be able to access Westfield Century City, Westwood, and the VA.

I would love a train to the Burbank studio area - there’s so many employees and tourists that congest Cahuenga, Barham, and Forest Lawn during rush hour

I live an hour from LA and haven't been to the city in over a decade, driving in LA traffic is the worst, I hope they keep expanding public transportation

i love public transit but a 20 minute drive vs a 2 hour metro will always be diabolical to me. they need to put more of the funds they HAVE into expanding the stations instead of funding the police and parking agents (where the most of the funding goes) !!!
