I love that you go and do a second inspection! If Marriott in San Antonio had someone like you, my daughter would not have slipped on a greasy floor last year. Yes, they were very apologetic, but the floor should have been cleaned thoroughly. You’re an asset!

You really should have a checklist to give out and have them sign off on that they did each task on the list. I even broke it down to tucking the sheet corners, food should never be left behind be the first thing you check for cause what do you mean food left if you wiped down inside the fridge? If any complaints it’s on the housekeeper after three chances ur fired. What I used to do. Never had complaints well some but can’t please everyone. I then would go behind check as well each room and often we would have 80 check ins. 80 diff rooms to inspect I did it too. How I achieved almost perfect score. Brought the hotel from 3.2 to 4.6 rating in a year.
