the ppl going through psychosis on Adderall are all people who abuse it. all of those side effects are non existent if you aren't taking more than like 20-30mg a day and if you do take more, so long as you aren't going way above and aren't abusing it, they're relatively minimal. armo/modafinil are GREAT for wakefulness, leagues and bounds better than Adderall or any of the other "traditional stims" but they serve different roles. Caffeine and modafinil are lighter stims used for wakefulness and Adderall and Ritalin are stronger used for focus.
