i got my Nad+ 100 in water form.. the box says it lasts 6 month with no fridge and 12 if refrigerated

Lowered mine to 15mg bc I was feeling flushed for a good hour or so , still get a little flush but not as heavy . Nad has been a game changer for me 🙌🏼 absolutely love it
