actually so much misinformation. medieval Times were just like any other era with it's high and low just like nowayday. hygiene really wasn't bad, peoples washed fully at least once a week and did basic hygienic habit everyday, it's after the middle ages that hygienic habit slowly began to vanish. burgmeister liked to have their city clean so they invested to have their city cleaned. people actually worked less than most people today. Plague happened just like it happened in every other era. the middle ages span over 1000 years across the globe so of course it's diffrrent according to the local context but people either idealize or demonize the medieval era to much
