@morgsmedicalmom: A sweet Brookie throwback from 2 years ago. This is another one where she could use a passy Muir valve to make vocal noises with. I don’t understand a ton about how vocal cords work honestly, all I know is that her vocal cords are constrained by granulation tissue. I know there are surgeries that can be done for this, but she’s still little. What if as she grows things move around and she could make vocal noises again?!
