this cake is suck a banger! The only thing I would say is that unless you 9inch pan has high sides, this makes way too much batter for either of the 9 or 8 inch pans recommend in the recipe. I had to split the batter between a 9 in and a small loaf pan to avoid it spilling over while baking!

Just made it in a 9x9 baking dish and it is SO good!! It’s pretty orange-y for my taste so I think next time I’d do a little lemon zest or omit it all together but it’s incredible!! And so easy!
