I found that while the medication did help, it also took away my creativity. I stopped taking it for that, and other reasons.

It’s wild- I’m inattentive type and didn’t think I moved much/felt more like sleepy/chill all the time but when I got tested I was in the 99th percentile for micromovements 😅

when I took Adderall it calmed me down. bc I needed it. it didn't make me wired, it did the opposite for me.

My problem is that I don’t know where to place my eyes, then it causes me to fidget because I don’t want to stare at someone or something, which causes me to fidget and pick my nails or clothes lol

I’m old school I guess lol I was diagnosed ADD not ADHD and. I took Ritalin for 4 years while in school. It actually helped me. I think I still need it somedays 😅
