Get a pack of nitrile gloves. Lifesaver. Doesn't make you sweat too much, oils wash off, you can still 'feel' the surface, they're great

And then you get dry crackly rashly skin from over washing and you hate the sensation of your hands so you keep moisturising but hate how it feels so you wash it off in and endless cycle of overwashed hands
