this is the true definition of harassment. the citizen already asked this police officer several times to leave him alone. told him several times. he does not want to talk to him but the officer just keeps insisting. if we as citizens did that to an officer they would have us charged with harassment and disorderly conduct. it's not like the citizen approached the office or the officer approached the citizen. he already told him he doesn't need any help and please stop talking to me. that wasn't good enough for the officer cuz he feels that power of that uniform in a badge allows him to do whatever he wants. I hope this gentleman goes after us qualified immunity so we can't do this to another citizen that doesn't know his rights
