I have BPD. I’ve been in the same boat before with saying shit I didn’t mean and I also blamed myself a lot. My last relationship was back n forth for 2 years and we officially broke up in February. Literally felt like I would never get passed it but I feel so much better now!! Just know you not alone or crazy or whatever else 🫂
