i don't think Noelle was supposed to be the hero instead of susie. the symbol of the deltarune depicts 3 arrows resembling the heroes. and i think the circle with the wings is meant to be Noelle in some way, due to how she's kind and innocent not to mention her robe essentially giving her that pure and angelic look to her. i originally belived it to resemble the soul because were kind of a separate entity from kris but kris's version states us in it too and how he technicallyis a cage, so it can only be Noelle in some way.

Susies taking the place of Noelle. I think the weird route is supposed to follow the prophecy moreso, at least more than canon. My theory is the soul will take over Noelle in the weird route and Susie in the main route, and we'll have to fight Kris.
