Money is what gives you the right to build everything else. Without it, the nicest operational setup in the world is just expensive decoration. The business that scaled to $4.5M didn't start with systems. It started with knocking on doors, figuring out what actually moved the needle, and then reverse-engineering a way to do more of it.
