It’s Spicy, Garlicky, Savory, with the Perfect Amount of Sweet and Saltiness.  There’s a Shortage in Sriracha right now. And Prices are insanely Expensive. Depending where you Live. There not be any available at all. So make it at Home. If you have to! Recipe: 4 1/2 of Cups Fresno Red Chili or any kind of Red Peppers (Washed & Clean). 3 Cups of Vinegar  2 Tbsp of Salt 2 Tbsp of Sugar 1 Tsp of M.S. G (make sh*t good). Optional. 1/3 Cup of Garlic Cloves Instructions 📝 1. Chop off the Stem and Cut into Halves of any kind of Red Chili Peppers. I used The Red Fresno Peppers 🌶️.  2. On High Heat. In a Pot. Add in your Peppers, Vinegar, and Garlic 🧄 Cloves. Bring to a Boil. 3. Bring Heat Down to Medium Low. Let this Simmer for 4-7 Mins. Stir Occasionally.  4. Place Everything in a Processor or Blender. Blend for 5-7 Mins.  5. Strain away Pulp over a Fine Mesh or Colander. You can use leftover Pulp for Stir Frys, Marinades or Soup.  6. On High Heat. Introduce Pepper Sauce and Sugar to Pot or Pan.  7. Bring Heat Down to Medium Low and Let it Simmer for 8-12 Mins.  8. Let Sauce Reduce to your Likings. Stir Occasionally to Prevent the Peppers from Burning. 9. Place in Bottle or Mason Jar 🫙. Refrigerate and Enjoy!  On another Note 📝  Adjust to your liking by adding more Salt, and Sugar to Taste.
