As someone who doesn’t eat pastrami often, I don’t think I’ll be having a better one anytime soon, it’s incredibly moist but maintains that leathery cured flavor in every bite. And there’s absolutely no surprise their burger is award winning, it’s soft and tender without lacking a hearty juiciness to it, I didn’t put it down till it was finished!
