My Obgyn wouldn’t help me.. I’m in perimenopause & since I still have a period she thinks I should suffer SO I went to CVS I bought the yellow box Estroven for mood & energy. I take one soon as my feet hit the floor. When I get off work 2:30pm I take a multivitamin called One A Day Menopause multivitamin and then at night I take a magnesium from Amazon it’s the brand Vitalibra it’s 10 in 1 complete and THIS COMBINATION WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!! Yes 💯 . I have had PMDD all my life and it’s been horrible during perimenopause. I feel like a different person. I have requested my doctor try HRT but she won’t so I went to a different doctor and I’m just starting HRT treatments I’m hoping it will work. Antidepressants did not work for me at all.
