im 40 and unfortunately I still pick at my face, like any raised skin no matter what it is. cause I have that, everything needs to be smooth! stemed through teens years with anxiety, zits I wanted gone, then healed over and I wanted my skin to be flat 🤦🏽♀️

Does mum come with you shopping or does she read up about the new products, she glows with radiance. Can you ask her what she did to get through menopause and did she use HRT or nutritional foods etc? What’s her advice in this period of women’s life? I feel she is a wealth of knowledge. I’m going to keep asking her all sorts of stuff because she’s on top of her game. 😂👏
