I work as a dermatology assistant - PLEASE when applying retinoids, avoid the sensitive areas of your skin such as within the orbital bone, around the creases of the nostrils, or around the edge of the lips. Also be careful when applying to the neck - the medication can settle into the fine lines or creases of the neck - this can cause retinoid induced dermatitis (just a mild rash caused by the strong product on thinner, more sensitive skin)

im 40 and unfortunately I still pick at my face, like any raised skin no matter what it is. cause I have that, everything needs to be smooth! stemed through teens years with anxiety, zits I wanted gone, then healed over and I wanted my skin to be flat 🤦🏽♀️

Does mum come with you shopping or does she read up about the new products, she glows with radiance. Can you ask her what she did to get through menopause and did she use HRT or nutritional foods etc? What’s her advice in this period of women’s life? I feel she is a wealth of knowledge.
