my town was that way until Cabelas moved in 1 town over. when they came in so did all the other stores who could sell stuff cheaper

yep, have one like that in my town, it was a kfc for a long time, then it sat abandoned for a while, then it was some local burger joint for tourists that was way too expensive for locals and got shut down, sat abandoned for a while, and now it's a burger king.

damn... yup. we try to support the revolving door spot but it never works. we have a couple businesses that have been around forever and no one knows why. our wedding dress shop also fixes small appliances, gotta diversify I guess.

Yup, in the past 7 years it has been a bar and grill, Chinese restaurant, sushi place, grill and bar and is now back to being Chinese. We have another that was a thrift store/night club, then it was a high class furniture and ornament shop, now it's a dental hygebist and spa shop. The shop that cannot die? unfortunately the surface shop has at last closed.
