Wait what?!? I pay out of pocket a $100 (so called deductible) & my insurance (that I’ve paid, ALL by myself) is another $250’ish. People have this misconception that insurance is free money. It’s NOT!! So, I’ve just paid $350 bucks to my PT.

Hi Dr. Dan I bought a copy of the kindle version of your Pain Free Body, because I can't get the physical version, I live in another country. I'm finding it quite hard to replicate the exercises because of the lack of visual guidece. Is it gonna be in the near future a revisited version?

Is there a way to know all the equipment needed like I saw a band in one of the pages you showed. Maybe a combo of the book etc and the equipment needed or ask glue page in the book listing all possible equipment
