Personal favorite is a great/colossal weapon with black flame on charge attacks, combine that with partial health restore on attacks and you can almost instantly recover damage you take. Great for raiders.

Charge attacks does nor work on my ironeye. My charging attacks works on every weapon without bow. My charging button = Shift. my dodge = shift😂

Never picked it up because I thought it meant that enemies will aggro on you hence the "luring enemies"… They really need to change the text to something more understandable

Finally someone who uses these heavy attack passives. I personally like to run it on executor, since the effect applies even when he’s using his skill (as long as weapon is equipped in RH slot)
