i assume you've had both for a while now. I'm so tempted to pay the extra for the colour purely for the white frame but i don't annotate or anything so don't really need the colour. also i know the bw has a crisper screen as i will just be reading regular books but is the colour worth it for a first e-reader or should i just go with bw😖

I have a Kobo Aura that I inherited from my mom and my girlfriend has the Clara colour. It's nice to have colour (for covers and comic books) but the screen of my Aura is just so much nicer to read on. I'll use this untill it dies tho, my mom read a lot on it and it was one of her hobbies so now I use it, I feel connected with her when I have a reading session.

I returned the kobo Clara colour and got the kobo Clara bw. Had so many screen issues with the colour one, a lot of ghosting and glitches. The Clara BW is beautiful though!!!

Hey girly can u pls pls help me out. This will be my first e reader and the thing is I am confused between Clara and colour because of the darkness I feel the colour may have and the crispier screen of bw but I love annotating books. I am so so confused

Im having the same issue right now, I love my Clara colour (sometimes it's nice to see book covers in color) but its not that crisp.. Bought the BW one, but Im still not sure 😩 did you change some settings in the color one? let me know what you think!!

Hey can u tell me if the grain thing what ppl keep saying r like actually super noticeable on the colored one? Cus it would be my first e-reader. I liked the idea that i could color the text but then again im not a HUGE reader, tho I am trying to read more now again to minimize phone time. I’m currently only reading either physical copies or on the iPad where I also sometimes color the text.

I see all these kobos and I want one sooooo bad but last time i tried i just couldn't figure it out. I have so many epub files on a flash drive and I couldn't get them moved over. im so use to kindle that the interface confused me also.... i still want a kobo though.....

my problem right now. I have KLC and I love colorful highlighting. I need a small portable one, can't decide between Clara BW or Colour. I have a basic Kindle and yess BW text is crisp, and Clara BW has higher eink screen than Kindle Basic so it should he crisper right? OMG pls help 😂
