@foodswithyu: Wait until 0:15 😛  Japan Must-Try Pt. 2: Kisaburō Nōjō The chicken and eggs were literally farm-to-table from Yamanashi Prefecture, so I tried every single raw egg - yuzu and deep orange sunset were my favorite, and the double yolk was so fun to crack open! I pregamed my raw eggs and rice with a highball, and finished with a bowl of oyakodon (steamed chicken and eggs over rice) - best one I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten this dish my whole life!
