Sir you are really wise and so far you have tried to make sense of almost everything that exists in the cheng recruitment process. But can you also make sense of why we are required to fill everything again in separate boxes when resume is already attached? especially when those boxes have a character limit, because we need to rework all those already reworked and tailored bullet points.

Is that a state thing or is it just new? I've never encountered a job app that asks for my gender identity. To be fair, I haven't filled out a job application since 2016.
