Tomato paste always needs a little bit of sugar with it to even out the flavour, so if it tastes odd to you I would recommend adding a little bit of sugar to the sauce to help!

Made this and I actually had no onion so I used onion powder which burnt in the pan then I had no heavy cream so I used half and half which curled and turned into smelly cheese immediately and my mozzarella cheese was also stale 🥰🥰🥰 definitely recommend💗
