Helped me massively make the 1st step and im now day 8 and yes the mood swings, anxiety and cravings have been intense and still are but on day 2 I didn't think I make day 3 but ticking off a whole week is insane 😳

Substance abuse is all same really. My poison was alcohol but I'm good now and enjoying life. Your videos are great to help keep myself in check. If you have any tips on how to stop continuously smashing back coffees (my alcohol substitute), that would be great 😂
