Hey I got these about a month ago. I was at 190lbs I weighed in tonight at 170.0 🥰 sleep? No I still struggle but I do feel rested when I get up. Makes me go on the regular. But does anyone else have a problem with eating foods now? Like I have zero appetite and when I do eat I get nauseous and barely take bites. I had to stop taking them for awhile.
