My shower is MY time to shut out the world, to daydream, to NOT think. Amazing how many thoughts pop in, how many things I have been trying to remember become clear. And I come out refreshed and clean.

It’s easy for 40 min to slip by in the shower, especially when you relax and meditate as the water pelts and massages your skin. Absolutely heaven.
