@mypositiveworld: First: open Capcut Create a new project and select the picture you want to use for this effect. Duplicate the picture. On this duplicate -> select remove Bg -> choose to remove all the background of the image except the object to highlight. Then move this object-picture as an overlay. Select adjust and change the string of the object to highlight it (more luminosity). Bring it back above the first picture.
