sooooo weights shake in my hands like they did for her. now, I use quite small weights tbf, and I can tell I would need heavier ones to progress. yet, heavier weights just shake in my hands, is it my wrists???? or is it still too heavy?!

Anyone going heavy please don’t lift up one at a time and hold on the shoulders, hold them high up the quads and slowly roll backwards keeping them on your leg and the weight will naturally end up on ur chest, do this then place ur feet back down. technique in video works on a lighter weight that u can support holding infront

Can I give a humble little suggestion for your “tutorial” videos? Some of us are visual and slow learners 🙈 after you do the step by step broken down part, add 1 or 2 seconds of actually doing the exercise in the normal speed that you would. I don’t know if I’ve explained properly 🙈💕
