I remember the stories my son would tell us when he had these classes like this in medical school. Studying a chart for several seconds to familiarize yourself with the patient and then knocking and opening the door and how you greeted patients and listened to them, engaged them with more questions and practice being a doctor. My son was so grateful for this training rather than waiting until he became a doctor after medical school and had real patients. He said he learned so much from this experience and feedback from the teaching staff

Don't spread fear and anxiety to students. For those facing this exam soon, it's nithing like you fear. You know some answers and you dont know the others. Simple. Focus on the study not on "what will happen".
