To everyone in the comments: I’ve had severe paranoiafor decades, to the point of psychosis, and genuinely believed the universe was after me. I was just diagnosed with ADHD a few months ago, and since starting treatment, that paranoia is gone. Sometimes there really is an underlying issue.
