No way, try this first! 🫵 It’s easy to make, high in protein and I’m low-key obsessed with it! 🌝 RECIPE (1 serving, 30min prep time): -200g tofu, shredded -1 Tsp curry powder or your favorite spice mix -1 Tsp soy sauce -1 Tsp oil -3 Tsp corn starch -salt to taste Mix well and press TIGHTLY on parchment paper. Air fry or bake at 200C for 20-25mins. Add your favorite toppings and eat like a sandwich wrap. 🌯 - CRISPY TOFU WRAP 🌯

-200g Tofu, zerzupft
-1 TL Currypulver oder deine Lieblings-Gewürzmischung
-1 TL Sojasauce
-1 TL Öl
-3 TL Speisestärke
-Salz nach Geschmack Alles gut mischen und RICHTIG fest auf Backpapier drücken.
Im Airfryer oder im Ofen bei 200°C für 20-25 Min. backen.
