@muddlethroughmummy: I guess… storytime? I’m always shocked and saddened when I share these experiences I’ve gone through online how many people are also going through them so if this makes one person feel less alone then I’m happy to share #motherhoodunplugged #motherhoodunfiltered #mumlife #tiredmum #parenting
Having a panic attack doesn’t mean you are a depressive person. I have panic attacks and even after all these years sometimes still think it’s a heart attack. You’re very brave and I’m so happy to hear that you are ok. Don’t beat yourself up about it. If you want to message and talk about panic attacks and coping with them please feel free. Xx

sufferer here too.... however after lots of research I found i had very low iron levels and the 'air hunger' was the main symptom that made me ask the GP for more tests x

Propranolol is very good. I have many panic attacks and get woken up with adrenaline rushes. I also have distraction things on my phone - sudoku and word games. Be kind to yourself lovely. Hope you’re ok xx

Sending you so much love ❤️you are a wonderful human and mum and I’m glad this is prompting you to make some needed changes- in the most loving way one thing I always think about with your videos is the huge burden of mental load you carry for your family. You deserve to find ways to reduce and share the load more xxxxx

Hey this might sound strange but i struggled so much a few years back with this just spinning to many plates i found meditation, yoga just an hour to myself each day helped plus acupuncture once a month but actually over time i read up it was actually the start of early perimenopause i was about 36/37 now 40 and well into menopause so just keep an eye on symptoms because it could be something like that

Well done for talking about it and glad you are doing ok. Hope you can find something to help. Small things like going for a walk or trying yoga. Have a long bath. Maybe think about therapy x
