Low tension curly hair routine ✅ trying the new @BounceCurl brushes & products! 🍯 Brushes: ✨Slick-Dense Define EdgeLift (looks slightly wider) ➡️A medium-tension defining brush (still a great lower tension option) ✨Slick-Flex Define EdgeLift (looks slightly narrower) ➡️ A low-tension defining brush good for fragile & shorter lengths and delicate areas. (Best for fragile and damaged hair) 💬 the brushes here are lower tension alternatives to the original bounce curl bristle brushes! I loved the performance of the originals but I was so excited to see these new ones as I’m looking to reduce tension in my routine. I used the slick-dense on the bottom sections and the slick-flex on the top (this area is more fragile and prone to breakage for me.) This combination with the products worked perfectly. Also found the point at the end to still work perfectly for sectioning! ℹ️my hair is naturally very curly so I find that I don’t need tension for definition purposes but rather the smoothing aspect: for frizz etc. I found that with the help of these products the new brushes were still able to provide smoothing and separation without any snagging or pulling. 💬 I used their new weightless collection and absolutely obsessed with how lightweight these products are, I love the smell of them and the performance was 10/10 for me! The gel was smooth and moisturising enough to brush through and define the hair but still gave a light cast and held the curls really well! Some of the best new products I’ve tried in a while!
