I rather use a manual one, cheese may be grated fast, but what about taking those bits off and washing it.

yeah, had a few of these from different manufacturers.. watch the amount of pressure you put on the cheese or whatever your cutting/grating.. the cutter bits can crack daily easily over time. other than that, they're great products.
