idk who needs to hear this but I stopped having cramps when I stopped wearing tampons! I know this isn't the case for everyone, but if you have bad cramps and use tampons, try phasing them out. I use U by Kotex (clean & secure mint green pack) and I haven't turned back!

Oh wow, the only heat I can tolerate during my period is hot tea or a shower. I MUST be in front of cool air while I’m laying down.
