I have a notes app note thats just "Food I Like" so I dont forget some of them exist, because sometimes ill stick with a food for a few months, lose interest, and not eat until I find another one I remember exists

there's a person who makes all the grocery items as magnets so you can see what you have in the fridge at a glance and you can add them to the other side if you are out!

I started using a tanning mitt to apply body lotion bc I can’t stand the feel of lotion on my hands but need it on my body.

Anytime I make a new outfit that I like, I take a mirror selfie and add it to my “Looks Book” album in my phone. I have ADHD, and can’t remember ANYTHING. I would get overwhelmed by trying to get dressed everyday. Now I get to pick an outfit on the couch or in bed before I start getting ready :)

Every time I’m cooking or washing dishes, I wear an apron and it helps me not get sidetracked or overwhelmed because I can fully be in “kitchen mode” while wearing it, and I feel like I can fully relax and enjoy my food once I take it off

I switched to mainly wearing dresses. Loose T-shirt style nightgowns to sleep in and flowy dresses with lots of fabric during the day. I still wear compression shorts and/or tank tops underneath, but when I sit down it's like constantly being under a blanket.

I stopped folding my clothes! I just toss them in bins. shirt, pants, underwear let's go. having a home for things really helps. I haven't lost my keys in years.

I HATE sorting socks out of laundry. Makes ZERO sense, all of my socks are the same and I don't pair them. Wash/dry them all together in a mesh bag, NO MORE SORTING, dump right into the drawer.

I have a separate clothing rack for my jackets and clothes that can be re-worn. Like pants or hoodies that I only wore for quick errands. It prevents the random pile of clothes.

Friendly reminder that it is OK to run the dishwasher when it’s not full. You don’t need to wait for it to be full!

My favorite part of this video is how you kept saying "what's best for me." The vibe felt like, "I want to share what's working for me in hopes that you too could benefit," and not, "here's how to fix everything."

I have a small make up bag that I keep my essentials in to easily transfer from purse to backpack etc. For me, essentials are earplugs, meds, glasses with red lenses, floss picks, chapstick, and tweezers (when those chin hairs are driving me crazy sensory wise)

I made a menu for my daughter. Just like a restaurant. It’s helped her a ton. She picks out her meals every Friday. So I never have to say “what do you want” and overwhelm her.

Does anyone else have a weird sensory thing with bare lips? If I go more than a day without a chapstick in my pocket I crash out (and thus, also have a dish for all my chapsticks)

I discovered these and they are a GAME CHANGER for doing anything hygiene related in the bathroom like brushing teeth or my face when I actually do... but I *cannot* handle water running down my arms, it is a sensory nightmareee. They're also nice because you can just toss them in the wash too!

Have two bedsheets/beddings at least. When you take off dirty bedding, put on fresh set before you put the dirty bedding in the wash and dryer. If you forget it in the dryer at 11 pm exhausted, your bed is still made so its totally fine 🥰

I take pictures every time I’m eating a meal I like so that when I’m hungry or grocery shopping I can just search “food” on my camera roll. It’s like a low effort visual food catalog because otherwise I suddenly can’t remember anything I like or am in the mood for nothing
