@tylerpath: So a lot of people gravitate towards the leg press over a barbell squat as an easy way to avoid lower back pain. Only thing is, you can still get lower back pain when you leg press. So here's how to avoid: 1) take a lower foot placement, this will also help you better bias the quads 2) you can still get deep but make sure to avoid rounding your low back at the bottom #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
