We’ve been multiple times to the mall of America sugar factory and we love it. It’s expensive but the experience is what you are paying for and our food was good. We had a birthday too and they make it a huge deal:) super fun place

Sugar factory is disgusting. We went once and never went back. The atmosphere is a vibe but the food and desserts are terrible.

Gratuity on a party of 4+ is normal, we did it at my last job bc people didn’t tip HOWEVER they didn’t tip bc the place sucked, like this place 😂😭
