My sister only made it to 29. When I turned 30, I felt a sense of relief and gratefulness that I made it, mixed with sadness that she never experienced life after 29. It's definitely something I think about. One of my favorite quotes is "Do not regret getting older. It is a privilege denied to many." ❤️

My dad lost his dad at 46 and thought the same way. My dad will be 82 this year !!!! Hugs my friend!

This hits home. My mind is messed up. My dad dies at 43, my mom at 63 and I’m turning 50. I’m having a VERY hard time. Scared!

My dad died at 53. I’m 58. I often think about how I’ve outlived him by five years. I think it’s common. Sometimes for me to quit recycling it through my head, I have to write it down. Just journal about it. It’s like I’ve released it.

despite the fact that many family members have lived well into their 90s, including 3 of my 4 grandparents.... my dad and his mom both passed away at 66. I never met my grandmother. 66 is that number that's been in my head since my dad passed at that same age in 2011.

my dad died at 57. heart issues. you have seen my weight loss journey. "if I die at 57 Em will only be 24." was constantly in my head. I had a conversation on the treadmill with someone at the gym... "I feel like I'm running from the devil." ❤️

I get it. My mom was 51. This thought haunts me already. I’m passed the age she was diagnosed the first time with c, phew. Still bothers me. Big hugs! 💕

My dad had his 1st heart attack at 43. Died from his last one at 63. I was terrified of 43. At almost 46 Im still worried aboit 63.
