@lemmegetfitagain: After 2 back to back pregnancies, I had a 4 finger ab seperation, no matter how much weight I lost, my stomach had a bulge. Then I discovered deep core exercises and I was able to close my gap and strengthen my core. As I’ve started strength training to build more muscle, I notice that having a strong core has made lifting much easier. I have also noticed reduced back pain.
