I’m fighting for my life laughing in these comments at white people and their selective outrage at eating some types of meat vs others. At this point, I think white people are genetically predisposed to wanting to dictate to others how to live based on arbitrary terms they came up with.

Personally would I ever be able to handle raising animals for meat? no, because I am soft and would get attached to them like pets. do I still think its better and healthier for people than supermarket food? yes, yes, I do. When you farm raise meat, you know EXACTLY where that animal has been, what it has been eating and how the animal is health wise. Neighbor man or lady can go kick rocks.

I grew up rabbit hunting and now I’m a cattle rancher😂 the amount of times I’ve been told that I’m an evil human because I butcher my meat herd when the time comes by people with a husky in Arizona is hilarious. Like they havent lived essentially completely free range their entire life and were more cared for then most humans😂

As long as they are happy which this little guy looks pretty chunky so he ain’t missing no meals. It’s sad in hindsight, but also necessary. If rabbits weren’t raised for meat we would be overrun

as long as you’re not wasting it! i didn’t grow up doing this so i can see how it’s difficult for people to accept it, but that also doesn’t mean it’s wrong to do lol. livestock and pets are totally different. also this is objectively way healthier than buying chlorine soaked and hormone injected meat from walmart. so you go girl. i have to go to a butcher cause i wouldn’t be able to do the whole life cycle 😂
