what helped you make so much amazing progress? my dad has cervical dystonia and hasn’t had any progress over the last year despite trying different medications/treatments 😔 id love to know what worked for you.

Hi! Im not diagnosed but my neurologist from last year told me i could have dystonia.. she wanted me to see a movement disorder specialist but i was in the PH that time and no specialist was close. Now im in the US. Im a bit scared, mine affects my throat and swallowing and breathing. Plus i get muscle weakness and a lot of other symptoms 😭
