![Chicken Kebab Plate 🌯✨Inspired by all the kebab plates taking over my feed 😍 For the chicken, I marinated chicken thighs in ½ cup Greek yoghurt, a splash of lemon juice and a packet of @Mingle Seasoning Greek Garlic & Herb rub for 4 hours (overnight is even better!). Stack onto skewers and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for a further 40 minutes before slicing.
