I got a blue tooth light bulb and it changed my life. I programmed it to gradually get darker through the day and I am no longer overstimulated by 9 pm now. And it switches to red light about 30 minutes before I go to bed. Life. Changing.

I am always surprised when people turn on lights and I can suddenly see. It gets me every time. They called me a mole once at a job because I never had the lights on 😉
