One resident left home 3:30am and was still stuck on Mallam Road at 7:20am. *Areas badly hit this morning:* *North/West Accra*: Abeka, Lapaz, Achimota, Dzorwulu, Tesano, Ofankor *Highway/Outskirts*: N1 Highway, Accra–Kasoa stretch, Weija barrier, Mallam, Gbawe, Afienya *Central/Other*: Adabraka, Kaneshie, Darkuman Junction, Spintex, Atomic Junction Madina, Kwame Nkrumah Interchange, Tetteh Quashie Interchange, Circle. *Specific issues reported:* - Tetteh Quashie interchange flooded under the rail line overpass towards Polo Grounds/Hajj Village - N1 Highway, Weija, Mallam sections taken over by floodwaters - Homes and shops in low-lying areas inundated, residents moving belongings to higher ground. *Official response:* NADMO has issued an alert saying Accra and Tema areas are all experiencing flooding.
