I took it 1 hour before tanning and worked amazing but the flushing was sooo damn bad in public lmao plus the nausea lol so i just do it before bed

The scientists say because of the long half life of MT2, you should really wait at least 3-4 hours after pinning before you go tan, and stick to the sun instead of the tanning bed, and the best time to go outside is between 3-6 pm when the sun is not right over your head, and even on cloudy days you can get a little tan, you can pick the mcg amount that works for you, good luck 👍🏾
