Wow it blows my mind just how complacent we who are of the truth can be, if you read your bible and you came to the conclusion that Gods will is for you to have wealth and if you don't, you misrepresent God and his kingdom, you are severely misrepresenting God and you have chosen to operate and trust your own understanding over Gods wisdom. Don't get me wrong having wealth is not wrong it just isn't the message God was sending when you look at the wealthy people of the bible. Those things were blessings given as a result of those people putting their trust, faith and obedience in God alone. God allows selected people of his to have what is required in order to fulfill a purpose and that purpose is always Gods, if you look at Exodus 31 God gave Bezalel as well as others, Gods spirit with wisdom, in every craft in order to fulfil the command God gave which was for the tent of meeting, the arc of the testimony ect. The real "wealth" isn't the precious metals and gold the real wealth is Gods wisdom, through Gods wisdom these people God selected were able to fulfil their purpose and serve God. Please it saddens my heart that we can have all the right things in front of us from God and be so misguided and deluded enough to think wealth is essentially heaven on earth. I pray for you and all of us who profess to be Christians not be so misguided as to misrepresent or misunderstand Gods desire for us and what his will is. We should seek to have an abundance of godliness in our lives, to put it into practice and to be challenged each and every day by Gods word, wealth isn't the ultimate goal, God is. Look to God through his word and be changed by it. Time and time again we see it isn't people outside the church that is problematic it is those inside of it and it is consistently addressed in the bible. I pray that through this platform and those of us who use it to proclaim God, use it to represent God correctly using his word to correct, to guide to rebuke ect. I understand your intentions were pure but if you are representing God, use Gods word! Do not rely on your own understanding (proverbs 3:5) God bless

It is not difficult to speak about God when you already have everything you received from Him. The real challenge is to believe before you see. Before you receive God’s blessings and the abundance of all things, you can become that abundance yourself and become living proof that through faith in God, everything is possible and everything can be received.
