I have the same adjustable dumbbells and they do the job well and great for space saving 👍🏻

The adjustable db’s can break and have lots of parts - no for me. The new rack you have has lots of functionality versus your old one good for 4 workouts tops. Bike is fine but ski erg for HIIT and less floor space

I’ve gone cheaper to start with as it’s just me in there, or me and a mate. Mine is more set up around a half space of soft matting with heavy bag for boxing and mma sparring, then half garage of rack free weights and cable. Mine has cost under a grand as I’ve got a lot of good deals

Not a fan of the adjustables personally, 5kg is too big of a jump in steps for progressive overloading. Cast iron plate ones are better value before splashing out on the hex sets imo
