Why is society so obsessed with looking and staying young?! I'm 38. I look 38. And i love it. You couldn't pay me enough to wanna be 20 again. Getting to mature and grow older is a privilege, and I love it.

I once did botox and hated it. It felt like an emotional prison and was quite uncomfortable (like someone pressing on your forehead). Not unimportant but O’s feel less intense… I was so happy when it wore off

My favorite compliment to get is “you’re so expressive!” Why would I take that away? I had forehead crinkles at 20. I still have them at 36. Nothin wrong with it.

as a 42yr old the pressure to look young is weird. I love my aging face, grey hairs and sagging bits. I want to look my age, I want people to see I've lived, ive experienced joy, sorrow, trauma and many more. it really is that deep.
